I’ve had my microwave for 3 weeks and we use it all the time. It heats, defrosts, boils, and melts perfectly. My husband and I have decided that this microwave is much better than the one we had before and that was a top of the line brand name. Everything heats a lot faster even with reduced power, and we had to adjust the time settings because of that. It’s all as the listing describes as well as the manual that comes with it.
The only problem I had was nothing to do with the performance of the microwave. I needed to mail in the product warranty but couldn’t find the serial number. After finally calling the Panasonic customer service number, I located it right where they said it was; on the right side of the door inside. This is the best microwave that I’ve ever had and I would recommend it to anyone.

I LOVE this microwave! At first, I was a bit skeptical about the knob that you use to set the timer, cooking time, and power levels. It only took a fast review of the instruction manual before I was heating and cooking things instantly. I shouldn’t have worried about the knob at all. This method just may be faster than the keypad style. The inverter method of cooking seems that it’s more powerful than we’re used to with our old microwave,and we’re learning how to heat coffee so it doesn’t boil.
The only things I would change is for the chamber light to be on when the door opens instead of just when things are heating and to have the choice to turn off the cooking complete alarm. Overall, though, I would recommend this very stylish microwave to anyone who wants a mid-sized microwave oven that’s modern, quiet and fast.
